Our Story

Growing up, Billy spent a lot of time with his Nan, Dorothy. Nan loved to bake! Cookies, brownies, blondies, cakes, pies - you name it, she baked it! Billy quickly learned that hanging around the kitchen meant lots of sweet treats!!

Years later, in memory of his Nan, Billy started baking treats for his family and his cookies were a big hit. 

With that, Thin Billy the baker was born!

The ‘OG’ was the very first type that he baked, and it's still the most popular flavour that we offer. A lot less flour than most cookies. Almost all dark brown sugar with very little white sugar. Real butter and premium ingredients like belgian milk chocolate, Reese peanut butter chips, and Skor toffee bits. No filler, just the real goods!!

Tens of thousands of cookies later, Billy has really honed his technique.

Billy likes to freeze the cookie dough balls so that he can only bake a few at a time. They're super easy to bake, and they’re sooooo good freshly baked. That’s why he designed his frozen dough balls to be a quick, easy, (and mess-free) treat that you can bake yourself. Just turn on the oven and prepare for smiles when your family & friends smell freshly baked Thin Billy cookies as they walk in the door!

Right now, our focus is frozen dough ball subscriptions. But keep an eye on the frozen food section of your local grocery store, because that's where we're headed!
